I engaged Atticus in 2024 to help the Strategic Technology Office (STO) at DARPA explore new talent networks from the commercial sector. We were looking to expand upon our existing recruiting strategy. We asked Tom and Matt to create a plan to identify and attract world-class technical leaders from domains not yet considered capable of disrupting defense technologies and contributing to the ambitious goals across DARPA.

The results have been impressive. Over the last twelve months, Atticus has helped us diversify the candidate pool and expand our commercial sector network while increasing volume. I have been impressed by their ability to understand our requirements, which are unique, undefined, and technically complex.

We have hired three top leaders from this engagement and look forward to many more as we continue our work. In addition to hiring, Tom and Matt have given us expert counsel and maintained clear and regular communication with both me and my staff.
